Meta, 2025

Meta AI Business Assistant
Led 0-1 design for Meta's AI assistant for businesses, from Beta launch to a multi-year vision. Defined the interaction model, IA, and core surfaces now shaping how millions of businesses use AI on Meta's platforms.

Meta, 2022 – 2024

Meta Business Suite
Led navigation strategy across Meta Business Suite, the unified platform serving ~200M businesses. Aligned 6+ platform teams on a shared IA system that replaced years of fragmented entry points.

Intuit, 2021

QuickBooks + TurboTax
Redesigned the QuickBooks-to-TurboTax handoff to make tax prep feel manageable for self-employed users. Shipped a step-by-step checklist that became the default flow for QBSE filers.

Intuit, 2021

QuickBooks Self-Employed
Overhauled the annual and quarterly tax dashboards for QuickBooks Self-Employed. Restructured information hierarchy so users could see what they owed, when, and why — without leaving the dashboard.

Hey, what’s up?

I've spent 10+ years designing products at the intersection of complex systems and everyday users —most of that focused on either bringing structure to mature platforms or finding the first viable shape of a brand-new one.

I'm currently a Senior Product Designer at Meta, leading design for AI and business products. Before Meta, I was at Intuit, where I rebuilt core tax experiences for QuickBooks and TurboTax.

Outside of work, I think too much about the built environment, care a lot about mental health, and own more sneakers than is reasonable.

Working with me

“After the layoffs and reorgs, our team was left with no PM, no tech lead, and a transitioning EM. Robin stepped up to lead planning conversations and processes.”

— Engineering Manager, Meta

“Robin provided design support for our highest-ambiguity, highest-risk projects. He was always on top of requests, adept at surging where needed, and demonstrated great judgment on tradeoff decisions.”

— Product Manager, Meta

“We partnered on a design sprint for information architecture and navigation. Robin was an excellent collaborator, helping shift the outcomes to develop a clear narrative and landed several projects on the roadmap.”
